Recent beats in the store are available for download for non-profit use. Users must subscribe to our mailing list to download. Credit to the producer is required for non-profit use. There is no exception. Non-profit use is only allowed on the following platforms: YouTube (without Content ID), SoundCloud, Instagram, and TikTok.

 

For-Profit Use, Purchased Beats
If users want to use our beats for profit purposes, they must purchase them from our Fiverr store. There are four different options available for each beat: MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Unlimited Lease and Exclusive Rights. These options come with their own specific terms and conditions:

 

1-) Leasing
Leasing options are non-exclusive, which means that they are leased and not sold to you. When selecting any leasing option, users accept that MUDR Beats still retains all ownership. Leasing options give you limited authority to use the beat or beats you purchase, as specified in the license agreement. Each beat's leasing options and status will remain in the store until exclusive rights are sold. This means that when you purchase any leasing option from the store, that beat can be leased after you by another person or establishment, or all rights to the beat may be sold. When a beat is leased by one user and then purchased with exclusive rights by another user, the users who leased the beat do not need to do anything. Leasing options do not expire.

 

a-) MP3 Lease Terms, Conditions, and Content
After purchase, the downloaded file comes with an untagged MP3 file, beat information such as bpm, key, and a license document.
The MP3 Lease option is non-exclusive, which means that the beats are leased, not sold to you.
The MP3 Lease option allows you to upload and distribute your track only on Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Music/Youtube (without Content ID), and Soundcloud.
The MP3 Lease option allows up to 50,000 monetized audio & 50,000 monetized video streams.
The MP3 Lease option allows you to sell up to 5,000 physical and digital copies.
The MP3 Lease option allows for filming 1 music video and for profit in live performances.
The MP3 Lease option allows radio broadcasting rights for 1 station.
You must credit the producer (prod.MUDR).

 

If you have selected the MP3 Lease and have gone over the limits stated above, you must upgrade your plan to the WAV Lease.

 

b-) WAV Lease Terms, Conditions and Content
After purchase, the downloaded file comes with an untagged WAV file, beat information such as bpm, key, and a license document.
The WAV Lease option is non-exclusive, which means that the beats are leased, not sold to you.
The WAV Lease option allows you to upload and distribute your track only on Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Music/Youtube (without Content ID), and Soundcloud.
The WAV Lease option allows up to 100,000 monetized audio & 100,000 monetized video streams.
The WAV Lease option allows you to sell up to 10,000 physical and digital copies.
The WAV Lease option allows for filming 1 music video and for profit in live performances.
The WAV Lease option allows radio broadcasting rights for 2 station.
You must credit the producer (prod.MUDR).

 

If you have selected the WAV Lease and have gone over the limits stated above, you must upgrade your plan to the Unlimited Lease.

 

c-) Unlimited Lease Terms, Conditions and Content
After purchase, the downloaded file comes with an untagged MP3 and WAV file, beat information such as bpm, key, and a license document.
The Unlimited Lease option is non-exclusive, which means that the beats are leased, not sold to you.
The Unlimited Lease option allows you to upload and distribute your track only on Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Music/Youtube (without Content ID), and Soundcloud.
The Unlimited Lease option allows  for unlimited monetized audio & unlimited monetized video streams.
The Unlimited Lease option allows you to sell an unlimited number of physical and digital copies.
The Unlimited Lease option allows for filming unlimited music video and for profit in live performances.
The Unlimited Lease option allows radio broadcasting rights for unlimited station.
You must credit the producer (prod.MUDR).

 

2-) Exclusive Rights
With an exclusive rights sale, the artist gains full ownership of the beat they purchase. After the sale is completed, the sold beat will be removed from store.

 

a-) Exclusive Rights Terms, Conditions and Content
After purchase, the downloaded file comes with an untagged MP3 and WAV file, STEM file, beat information such as bpm, key, and a license document.
The Exclusive Rights option is exclusive, which means the beats are sold to you fully. After purchasing Exclusive Rights to a beat, it will no longer be available in the store. The Exclusive Rights option allows you to upload and distribute your track everywhere.
The Exclusive Rights option allows for unlimited monetized audio & unlimited monetized video streams.
Exclusive Rights option allows you to sell an unlimited number of physical and digital copies.
Exclusive Rights option allows for filming unlimited music video and for profit in live performances.
Exclusive Rights option allows radio broadcasting rights for unlimited station.
You must credit the producer (prod.MUDR).
